We’re looking for a highly driven Associate Project Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing development and live services environment. You will support the Project Manager in bringing a cross-functional group of talented individuals together to deliver on a project and operational deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in managing the project
- Managing and owning project schedules.
- Identify project risks, and instigate and lead mitigation and contingency plans.
- Communicating regularly with the development team and other groups within Liquidnitro.
- Identifying process improvements and opportunities for efficiencies.
Required Skills:
- At least 2+ years in project management/ coordination role.
- Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate risks, create mitigation and contingency plans, and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong listening and communication skills – able to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
