We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Game Community Builder to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis to enhance our game branding and campaign efforts. The Game Community Builder will play a pivotal role in engaging with our gaming community, developing and executing branding strategies, and leading game campaigns. This role requires a passionate individual who understands the gaming culture and can foster a vibrant and engaged community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow the gaming community around our titles.
- Create and execute engaging content for social media, blogs, forums, and other community platforms.
- Plan and manage game branding and marketing campaigns to boost community engagement and game visibility.
- Monitor and engage with the community on various platforms, addressing feedback, questions, and concerns.
- Organize and host community events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, and in-game events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and impactful promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, community preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze the performance of community engagement efforts and campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Foster relationships with influencers, streamers, and other key figures in the gaming community to promote our games.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including trailers, gameplay videos, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in community building, marketing, or a related role within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture, community dynamics, and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Discord).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for game branding and community engagement.
